Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your services please review and see below for more information on our Refund policy. 

REFUNDS 

All refunds request must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of the service purchase date. 

REFUND PROCESS 

To refund services, please email customer service at info@writechoiceconsult.org to obtain a refund with your contract number. All refunds or refunds must be approved by corporate office. REFUNDS 

After receiving your refund request and receiving corporate approval, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your requests approval to process your refund. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. 

EXCEPTIONS 

The following request cannot be refunded: • If any service is placed on an extended payment plan the company will not be eligible for and refund(s). Our fees are based on the amount of hours worked and the quality of service given.   

Please Note  

• Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded. • Write Choice Consulting Firm will only consider refunds within the first 7 days of signing up for services, and this only applies for accounts paid in full upon starting services. If you are placed on a payment plan you are not eligible for a refund or exchange in services.
